Mr. William Jason Ramsey, age 34, of Decatur, GA, passed away March 9, 2015. He served in the United States Air Force and also was a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Jason was a Certified Public Accountant.Survivors include three sons, Zachary, Aedan and Brody; one daughter, Kyndall; his parents, Jerry and Fran Ramsey of Mineral Bluff, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Cassie Ramsey Bell and Jason of Cleveland, TN; grandfather, Raymond Jones of Caryville, TN; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a large number of other relatives and friends.Funeral services were conducted on Friday, March 13, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Morgan officiating. Music was provided by Lori and Logan O'Neal. Interment followed on Saturday, March 14, at 11:00 a.m. in the Friendship #3 Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Cody Ramsey, Brady Pack, Bryson Pack, Kevin O'Neal, Michael Pack, Matthew Taylor and Jerrod Curtis. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.akinsfuneralhome.com.
