William "Jeff" Allen, age 66 of Blue Ridge passed away on Friday, May 25, 2018. He was born on December 25, 1951 in Fannin County to the late Rev. Billie Allen and Hattie Waters Allen. Jeff was a member of Cherry Log Baptist Church. He was a retired iron worker. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents; son, John Arron Allen; step-mother, Hazel Allen; brother, Mark Allen and sister, Norma Jean Hicks.He is survived by his wife, Debra Wishon Allen of Blue Ridge, GA; daughter, Jennifer Wishon of Blue Ridge, GA; two brothers, James Albert Allen of Copperhill, TN and Don Allen and four sisters, Mary Lou Whitbeck of East Chicago, IN, Norma Ingles of Dalton, GA, Jannie Lynn of Dalton, GA and Marilyn Pless of Copperhill, TN. Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from Cherry Log Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Stover and Rev. Clifton Patterson officiating. Music was by Rebecca Milsaps and Barbara Conner. Interment followed in the Old Cherry Log Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Robert Panter, Steven Ledford, Greg Taylor, Hippy Cantrell, E.T.
