Willard Leon Raper, age 85 of Farner, TN passed away on Sunday, September 9, 2018. He was born on May 3, 1933 in Farner, TN to the late Harvey L. Raper and Vinie Mae Farner Raper. Mr. Raper attended New Zion Baptist Church. He was preceded in death his parents and sisters, Helen Raper and Mary Ellen Raper.He is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, Hershel Raper of Farner, TN, Clyde (Brenda) Raper of Farner, TN and Everett James (Jean) Raper of New Market, TN; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at 2:00 pm from the New Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Keith Raper and Rev. Raymond Akens officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Steven Raper, Mark Raper, Devan Graves, Dusty Graves, Trent Raper and Dylan Raper served as pallbearers.
