Weldon Clifford "Tony" Mashburn, age 95 of Epworth, GA passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at home. He was born on February 19, 1927 in Fannin County to the late Walter Kimber Mashburn and Alice Nora Ann Crumbley Mashburn. Tony was the oldest member of Mount Moriah Baptist Church. He retired from United States Forest Service. Tony was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Bonnie Dyer Mashburn and infant son, Adam Mashburn.

Survivors are three sons, Rev. David Mashburn (Pat) of Epworth, GA, Danny Mashburn of Blue Ridge, GA and Claude Mashburn of Chattanooga, TN; two daughters, Mary Watkins (Wayne) of Epworth, GA and Julie Walker (Ritchie) of Blue Ridge, GA; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and sister, Marie Loudermilk of Woodstock, GA.

Funeral services were conducted on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from the Mount Moriah Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Banks officiating.
