Mrs. Wanda Sue Patterson Collins, age 84, of Morganton, Georgia passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2023. She was born on September 27, 1938 in Epworth, Georgia to the late Claude Patterson and Maudie Rice Patterson. Mrs. Wanda dedicated her life to raising her family. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Wanda was a woman of great faith, and enjoyed sharing the gospel. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Don Patterson.

She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Thomas Blake Collins; son, Jeffrey Collins; daughter, Deborah Condetti; brothers, Glenn Patterson (Beverly), Garry Patterson (Pam), and Doug Patterson (Linda); sister, Phyllis Walden (Fred); grandchildren, Allison Collins, Andrea Ellison, Jonathan Jones, Brandon Condetti, Savannah Condetti, Madison Condetti, amd Clare Allen; and great-grandchildren, Benson Condetti, Hazel Condetti, and Charlotte Condetti.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. from the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Eric Kincaid officiating. Interment will follow in the Concord Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will visit with friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening, September 17, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
