Wanda Oneal Kennedy, age 72, of Booneville, KY passed away on October 16, 2023. She was born on September 21, 1951 in Blue Ridge, GA to the late Joseph Oneal and Malinda Elizabeth Paden. Wanda was a retired postmaster in Mineral Bluff, GA. She also loved animals, especially dogs. She rescued many dogs over the years.

Along with her parents, She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Kennedy.

She is survived by her two sons, Timothy Howell of Canton, GA and Joseph R. Keever of Canton, GA; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
