Vivian Amelia Stillwell Helton, age 69, of Pleasant Hill, a woman filled with true grace and Christian spirit received her heavenly reward on February 7, 2013 surrounded by her family and loved in song. Vivian was born in Epworth, GA and lived in the Fannin and Copper Basin area her entire life. She worked at Copper Basin Medical Center for 12 years then utilized her unique medical billing skills for several doctors in the Cleveland area before she retired to enjoy being a Grandmommy. She was a member of the First Baptist Church McCaysville,GA/Copperhill,TN, an active member of the Evelyn Silas Sunday School Class, the WOM Gene Fry Bible Study Group and the Eastern Star. Vivian was preceded in death by her parents, Broughton and Essie Stillwell, and in-laws, Kermit and Montie Helton. Brother-in-law Truman Helton and Sister-in-law Helen Lewis. For 52 years she was the loving wife of her surviving husband Jimmy K. Helton. She was adored by her three daughters, Lisa (Randy) Carroll of Cleveland, Karen (Sam) Austin of Soddy Daisy, Crystal (Taylor) Newman of Apison, all of which count having her as a mother the first of many blessings in their lives. Her greatest treasure was her grandchildren Zachary Carroll, Benjamin Austin, Rachel, Alexandra and Cole Newman. She is also survived by her brother Ronald (Sue) Stillwell, sister, Gloria (Herb) Moyer, brother-in-law Rex Helton, sisters in-law Marlene Davis Moyers, Arlene Newman, Shirley Parris, and Susan Robinson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, February 10th at 2:00 p.m. from the First Baptist Church of McCaysville/Copperhill with Rev. Bradley Elliott and Rev. Matthew McDaniel officiating. Music was by the church choir, Clarence Burlingame, Susan Robinson, Jerri Sue Massengale and Ed Vest. Pallbearers included Tim Stillwell, Scott Amburn, Kermit Lee Davis, Joel Parris, Eddie Good, Darren Helton and Frank Swirk. Honorary pallbearers included Chris McHan, David Moyer, Joe Padgett, Lynn Davis, Bill Simmonds, Rex Helton, Jerry Towe, Lynn McHan, Ray Stillwell, Lamar Stillwell.
