Victor Glen Morrow, age 66, of Turtletown, passed peacefully on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born on March 30, 1954, in Polk County to J.M. Morrow and Dorothy Loudermilk Morrow. Victor was employed by the Tennessee Copper Company, Cities Service, and most recently by the Tennessee Department of Transportation. He was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his father, J.M. Morrow and brother, Marty Morrow.
Victor is survived by a son, Cameron Morrow; mother and faithful caretaker, Dorothy Morrow; brother and sister-in-law, Barry and Cindi Morrow of Cleveland; nephews, Brandon Morrow and his wife Jenny, and Ben Morrow of Knoxville; and great-nephew, Bonds Morrow of Knoxville.
Graveside services were conducted on Saturday, March 13, 2021 from the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. G.W. Mathis officiating. Pallbearers were Troy Dillard, Cameron Morrow, Steven Dillard, Don Bigham, Danny Allison and Brett Cole. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.akinsfuneralhome.com.
