Tucker Amos Burk, age 50, of McCaysville, GA passed away on Friday, August 13, 2010 at Fannin Regional Hospital. Amos was born on February 14, 1960 in McCaysville, GA to the late Doyle and Reba Joyce Burk. He was a member of Bethany Church. Amos worked at Ingles as a deli clerk. He was preceded in death by his brother, Glenn Burk; sister, Kathryn Anderson and other loving family members. He is survived by his wife of eighteen years, Denise Payne Burk of McCaysville, GA; children, Heather Burk of Mineral Bluff, GA, Franklin and wife, Theresa Burk of Mobile, GA, Sarah Tucker Burk of McCaysville, GA and Dakota Dallas Burk of McCaysville, GA; brothers, Johnny Burk of Blue Ridge, GA, T.W. Burk of Blue Ridge, GA, Lucas and wife, Darlene Burk of Epworth, GA, Tommy Burk of Epworth, GA, Willy and wife, Wanda Burk of McCaysville, GA, Joe and wife, Lou Burk of Dallas, GA, Frank Burk of Epworth, GA; sisters, Eunice Ensley of Dalton, GA, Ann and husband, Ralph Hammontree of Dalton, GA and Alice and husband, Charles Seabolt of Epworth, GA; three grandchildren, Jay Masters, Justin Ingram and Franklin Burk, Jr.; many nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, August 15, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. from the Bethany Church with Rev. Jimmy Dickey and Rev. David O'Neal officiating. Music was by Melissa Hicks.
