Tommy Claude Suits, age 76, of Blairsville, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Union General Hospital. He was born on August 23, 1941 in McCaysville, GA to the late Ernest Claude Suits and Irene Keener Suits. He was a member of Fairview Baptist Church, retired as an Iron Worker, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He is survived by Wife, Judy Suits of the home; children, Adam (Lynn) Wheeler of Ellijay, GA, Tonyette (Allan) Watts of Copperhill, TN, Tammy Collis of Marietta, GA, and Shana (Shawn) Dyer of Blairsville, GA; a brother, Jack (Trilene) Suits of Florida; a sister, Carolyn (Hoyt) Payne of McCaysville, GA; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 4:00 pm from the Chapel of Akins Funeral Home with Rev. Harold Willis officiating.
