Mr. Thomas Edward Davis, age 86, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away on June 1, 2023 at the Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper, GA. He was born in Hyattsville, MD to the late Melville and Edna Calvert Davis. Thomas served his country in the United States Air Force from 1956 until 1960 where he received an honorable discharge. Thomas was also retired from Cobb EMC in 2005 as a Service Technician. He was a long time member of the Blue Ridge United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, previous wife, Diane Davis; and three sisters, Joyce Copenhaver, Phyllis Carrol and Marjorie Anthony.

Survivors include his loving wife of 28 years, Janice Davis of the home; children and their spouses, Betty Anne and Barry Copenhaver of Apoka, FL, Ronald Earl Davis of Blue Ridge, GA, Mike and Connie Huff of Morganton, GA, Jody and Crystal Huff and Rev. Mark and Pam Huff all of Blue Ridge, GA; twelve grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins-Cobb Chapel in Blue Ridge, GA with Rev. Mark Huff officiating. Music will be provided by Rev. Mark and Pam Huff and Jody and Crystal Huff. Interment will follow in the Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Jody Huff, Joseph Huff, Nicholas Davis, Dustin Lovell, Nathan Pless and Rev.
