Ms. Thelma (Stanley) Street, age 81, of Douglasville, GA, died Sunday, October 14, 2007, at Dogwood Health Care in Fairburn, Ga. She was a member of Douglasville Church of Christ. She was the daughter of the late Roy James Stanley and Beulah Mae (Mathis) Stanley.She is survived by One daughter, Linda Gale Long and her husband Albert Gary Long of Douglasville, GA; One sister, Evalee Cornett of Blue Ridge, GA; Three grandchildren, Barry Duane Long and his wife Andrea Long, of Winston, GA, Matthew Brian Long and wife Michelle Long of Carrolton, GA, and Rachael Melinda Holm and husband Dallas Jason Holm of Dallas, GA; Three great-grandchildren, Dallas Logan Holm, Lauren Grace Holm, Megan Long, and Robbie Surfil, and many other relatives and friends. A graveside service was conducted at Stanley Creek Church of Christ Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 16, 2007 with Min. Dennis Morris officiating. Interment followed. Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge is in charge of arrangements.
