Mrs. Sybil Dell Cooper, age 83, of Blue Ridge passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2008 in the Skyridge Medical Center in Cleveland, TN. Born in Red Bud, GA, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Kimbrell and Una Lee Taylor Kimbrell. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her husband Oliver Jahu Cooper and a daughter Linda K. Garrett. She is survived by sons, Edward White of Saint Stevens, SC, Steven Cooper of Jasper, GA, Glen Cooper of Cleveland, TN, and James Cooper of Carrolton, GA; daughters, Brenda Gail Morgan of Ellijay, Cathy Lanell Bowman of Cleveland, and Vicky Diana Hall of Weston, OH; 23 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Pastor John A. Stone officiating.
