Mrs. Sibyle V. Whitlow, age 90, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away June 4, 2012 in the Fannin Regional Hospital. Born in Fannin County, GA she was the daughter of the late George and Cressie Hatchet Loudermilk. She worked for several years as a Teacher in the Frytown School and later retired after many years as a sampling analyst for the Tennessee Copper Company. She along with her former husband, Mr. Irad E. Whitlow of sixty five years of marriage were members of First Baptist Church of Epworth, GA. Survivors include three sons and daughter-in-laws, Terry and Patricia Whitlow of Stockbridge, GA, Tim and Betsy Whitlow of Ranger, GA and Dana and Kathy Whitlow of Alpharetta, GA; brothers, Donald Loudermilk of McCaysville, GA and Doyce Loudermilk of Epworth, GA; sister, Annette Loudermilk of Decatur, GA; grandchildren, Stacy Whitlow, Jason Whitlow, Marla Hooper, Erin Myers, Angie Giddens, Jeff Whitlow, Elizabeth Farrell and Stephanie Whitlow; great grandchildren, Brody Whitlow, Brayden Whitlow, Jack Whitlow, Eli Whitlow, Joseph Hooper, Samuel Hooper, Natalie Giddens, Evan Giddens, Landon Myers, Will Myers and Brynn Farrell. Funeral Services were conducted on Wednesday June 6, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. from the First Baptist Church of Epworth with Dr. Tom Jordan and Dr. Chan Mitchell officiating. Music was provided by Rev. Doug Simonds. Interment followed in the Epworth Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Stacy Whitlow, Jason Whitlow, Jeff Whitlow, Van Williams, Randy Loudermilk, Jeff Post, Gene Williams and Chuck Phillips.
