Sherri Lynn Stillwell Hughes

Sherri Lynn Stillwell Hughes, age 53, of Copperhill, TN passed away at home on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.

Born on September 16, 1973, in Copperhill, TN Sherri was the daughter to the late James "Doc" Maurice Stillwell and Karen Hyatt Stillwell.

Sherri is survived by her mother, Karen Stillwell; daughters, Amber Hughes (James Harrison), Ashley Hughes (Izik Scott); siblings, Caleb Stillwell, and Michelle Mosser (Troy); nieces, Natasha Collins (Caleb) and Kristen Rhodes (Ryan); grandchildren, Winter McClanahan, Case Harrison, and Toni Harrison.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins-Cobb Copperhill Chapel with Pastor Casey Dillard officiating. Interment will in the Hyatt Family Cemetery in Copperhill, TN with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Troy Mosser, James Harrison, Caleb Stillwell, Caleb Collins, Ryan Rhodes, and Shawn Stillwell. Serving as honorary Pallbearers will be Eric Norton, Izik Scott, Bryan Stillwell, Rick Hyatt, Josh Stillwell, Walter Hyatt, and Ralph Hyatt.

The family will visit with friends at the funeral home Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
