Mrs. Sarah Kathleen Roberts, age 58, of Benton, passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2021, at her home. She was born on August 9, 1962, in Cleveland. She was a member of Echoes of Mercy Baptist Church. Sarah worked as a licensed Insurance Agent for Rush Funeral Home. She is preceded in death by her father, Bobby Leon Hall. Sarah is survived by her husband, Don Roberts, Jr.; son and daughter-in-law, Adam and Amy Banks of Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Bethany and Howard Millsaps of Benton; mother, Nell Hall of Cleveland; sister and brother-in-law, Leigh Ann and John Parker of Cleveland; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Randy and Denise Roberts of Blue Ridge; father-in-law, Don Roberts, Sr. of Mineral Bluff; nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 4:00 PM from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Guinn Green officiating. Interment followed in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Howard Millsaps, Steven Banks, Auston Self, Matt Gurley, Fred Culberson, and Michael Sompolinsky.
