Sandra Gail Russell, age 65, of Epworth, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at her home. She was born on November 17, 1958, in Polk County, to the late Ray Wright and Lois Rucker Wright. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. She worked for many years as a teacher for Fannin County Headstart. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Michael Ray Russell; daughter, Tracy Russell; and sister, Vicky Wright.

She is survived by her sons, Justin (Tina) Russell and Aaron Russell; granddaughters, Kayleigh Russell and Kelsey Russell; cousin, Helen Maynor; and special friends, Brenda Milsaps, Marlene De Francesco, and Peggy Fair.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will take place in Chastain Memorial Park. Condolences may be left for the family online at www.akinscobb.com.
