Sandra "Sandy" Lee Wolfe Nobles, age 77 of Epworth passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the Fannin Regional Hospital. She was born on July 24, 1941 in Alma, GA to the late Harry Luther Wolfe and Phenna Lee Pittman Wolfe. Sandy was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved traveling, gardening, and reading outdoors. Sandy was a gifted artist. She had worked for Florida State University and taught art classes at the Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association. Sandy was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by parents and husband, Billy Gerald Nobles. Survivors are daughter and son-in-law, Amber Cordell of Wilmington, NC; son, Damon Harper of Sarasota, FL; granddaughter, Samantha Cordell of Wilmington, NC; sister, Patsi Wolfe of Alma, GA and cousins, Carolyn and Dwight Raulerson of Waycross, GA. The family request in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to help defray final expenses. Memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
