Sandra Lene Key, age 59, of Mineral Bluff, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. Sandra was born on July 31, 1964 in Ellijay, Georgia. She was of the Baptist faith, and a devoted member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Copperhill, TN. Sandra was an outgoing, people person. She enjoyed her time outdoors. She loved working with her cattle and all of her animals. She loved to joke around and was always thinking of others above herself.

She is preceded in death by her father, A.D. Patterson.

She is survived by her husband, Stanley Key; mother, Shirley Wylene Cochran Patterson; brother, Mark (Michelle) Patterson of Mineral Bluff, GA; sister, Alice Patterson of Brasstown, NC; nephew, Manuel (Tracy) Patterson; great nieces and nephews, Alaina Patterson, Luke Patterson, Jacquelyn Patterson, and Avery Grace Patterson; several aunts, uncles, cousins, good friends, and neighbors.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023 at 1:00 PM from the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Copperhill, TN with Rev. Randy Hughes and Rev. Al Patterson officiating. Music will be provided by the church choir. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Manuel Patterson, Gregory Towe, Jerry Boyer, Jerry Davenport, Roy Tipton, and Sonny Payne.
