Ms. Sandra Lee Dillard, age 43, of Blue Ridge, GA died Tuesday, September 4, at her home. She was of the Baptist faith. She was a native of Polk County, TN and was preceded in death by her father James Dillard, brothers, James Dillard, Robert Dillard, and Phillip Dillard, and grandparents William and Leona Patterson and Andy and Ora Dillard. She is survived by her mother, Barbara Patterson Dillard of Blue Ridge; one sister, Jodie Lynn Dillard of Blue Ridge; two brothers, Jamison Dillard of Blue Ridge, and Jensen Dillard of Blue Ridge, GA; a niece, Brittany Patterson of Blue Ridge, several aunts, uncles cousins and friends.Funeral services were conducted Thursday, September 6, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Asa Dockery officiating. Music was by Lydia Long. Interment followed in the Macedonia Church of Christ Cemetery. Pallbearers were Bobby Rhodes, Jimmy Patterson, Jr., Jeff Lester, Zachary Garland, William Dilbeck, and Eric Rider. Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge was in charge of the arrangements.
