Mrs. Ruth England Reed, age 95, of Ducktown, TN, passed away on July 5, 2019 at her home. Born in Allenville, IL, she was the daughter of the late Hence and Letha Copas England. She was a retired secretary with Civil Service at the Patrick Air Force Base in Brevard County, FL. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Fred England. Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, John Dials of Ducktown, TN and James and Connie Dials of Melbourne, FL; daughter, Mary Ann Dials; brother, Bill England of Allenville, IL; sister, June England of Cleveland, TN; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Graveside services will be Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery with Brother Randall Nicholson officiating.
