Mrs, Ruby Weaver, age 92, of Turtletown, TN who passed away Friday, November 15, 2013 in the Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. Mrs. Weaver was a native of the Copper Basin area and was a daughter of the late Arthur and Lillis Bell Adams. She was a homemaker and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.She had worked as a Food Coordinator with the Headstart Program at Ducktown Elementary School and was a member of the Maple Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Weaver.She is survived by children, Lawrence (Tami) Weaver, Jr of Dalton, GA, Rev. Donald (Sandra) Weaver of Turtletown, TN, Sue (James Norbert) Reid of Turtletown, TN; sisters, Irene Rose Morrow of Turtletown, TN, Alma Taylor of Cleveland, TN, Sarah Cole of Turtletown, TN, Dorothy Painter of Resaca, GA; ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren.Funeral services will be conducted Monday, November 18th at 2:00 p.m. from the Maple Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Mitchell Allen and Rev. Larry Weaver officiating. Music will be by the Galilee Group. Pallbearers include Charles Weaver, Jr, Rickey Weaver, Adam Kaylor, Aaron Kaylor, Chris Weaver, Eddie Weaver, David Weaver. Honorary pallbearers include Brandon Baker, Matthew Jones, Doug Oliver, Lawrence Weaver, Grant Baker, Alan Anson and Billy McElrath. Interment will follow in the Maple Grove Missionary Baptist Church cemetery.
