Mr. Ronny Clifton Henson, age 59, of Mineral Bluff, Georgia passed away on April 16th, 2023 in Blue Ridge, Georgia. He was born to the late Lake Clifton Henson and Vivian Irene Harper on June 5, 1963, in Copperhill, Tennessee. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Mineral Bluff, Georgia. Ronny was a great mechanic, and was often known for being able to fix anything. He loved spending time in the outdoors fishing and hunting and was also a hunter of relics. The beach was one of his favorite places to be. Ronnie was a cherished step-dad and paw-paw.

Survivors include his significant other of 24 years, Cathy Thornton; step-children, Eliot(Katie) Thornton, Andrew (Chris Blackwell) Thornton, Emily (Brandon Whitton) Thornton, and Tori (Paxton) Caddell; step-grandchildren, Carter Pearce, Colton Caddell, Everhett Caddell, Everleigh Caddell, and Brenna Thornton; brother, Kimmy(Joy) Henson; and sister, Debbie (Ricky) Burnette.

Graveside services will be conducted on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Mineral Bluff, Georgia with Rev. Shannon Spurling and Rev. Doyle Davis officiating. The following gentlemen will be serving as pallbearers: Marty Ray, Ricky Tipton, Jeff Davis, Eliot Thornton, William Chastain, and Brandon Whitton.
