Ronald Newton Neunsinger, age 83, of Blue Ridge, Georgia passed away on March 24, 2024. He was born on April 17, 1940 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late John Newton Neunsinger and Caremon Geraldine Hammond Neunsinger. Ronald honorably served his country in the United States Navy for 31 years. He was a devout Catholic for his entire life and a very devoted husband, father, brother, son and friend to many. He had a special love for animals in need. An avid Lionel train and classic car collector, he also had a passion for aviation due to his military career in aircraft maintenance.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Roberta Patricia Sheehan Neunsinger.

He is survived by his son, Eric (Amanda) Neunsinger; grandchildren, Eric Shannon Neunsinger, Shane Ryan (Kara) Neunsinger, and a step grandson Merlin Leopard; great-grandchildren, Aiden Neunsinger, Korben Neunsinger, and Hendrix Neunsinger; siblings, Russell Neunsinger, Herbert (Tonya) Neunsinger, and Henry Neunsinger; and sister-in-law, June Lester.

Graveside services were conducted on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. from the Georgia National Cemetery with Father John Conway officiating. Military honors were provided by the United States Navy. Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from the Akins-Cobb of Blue Ridge from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary Service to directly follow.
