The Akins Funeral Home of Copperhill announces the death of Mr. Rolfe Eugene Postelle, age 71 of Benton, TN, who passed away Friday, December 7, in the Skyridge Medical Center in Cleveland, TN. Rolfe was born in Cherokee County, NC and was a son of the late Claude, Sr. and Delzie Perrin Postelle. He was retired as a carpenter and a Veteran serving in the US Air Force. He is survived by daughter Allison Postelle, son Rocky Postelle, siblings, Emily LeGrande, Lois Galloway and Danny Postelle. Many other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 11th at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Dennis Snow officiating. A private burial will follow at a later date in the Rymer cemetery.
