Rody Clifford Hicks, age 78, passed away on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Fannin Regional Hospital in Blue Ridge, GA. He was born in Copperhill, TN on February 26, 1939 to the late Jake and Helen Bell Hicks. He is survived by his son, William Richard Hicks of Blue Ridge; daughters, Tammy (Ronnie) Chancey of Blue Ridge and Sherry (James) Keith of Ellijay; brothers, Grady Hicks of Benton, Daniel Hicks of Copperhill and Lloyd Hicks of Blue Ridge; sisters, Mona Ray of Ducktown and Rachael Davis of Epworth; four grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.Funeral services were held on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 4:00 pm in the Chapel of Akins Funeral Home with Rev.
