The Akins Funeral of Copperhill announces the death of Robert Willis "Rob" Payne, age 84, of Turtletown, TN who passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Rob was a native of the Copper Basin area and was the last surviving child of the late George and Ima Long Payne. He was retired working as a laborer in construction. He is survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.A graveside service will be conducted Friday, April 29th at 11:00 a.m. from the Zion Hill Baptist Church cemetery with Rev. Ronnie Dilbeck officiating. Pallbearers include Tim Dilbeck, Dwight Dilbeck, Steve Dillard and Lowell Holt.
