Robert Dennis Dale, age 80, of Turtletown passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. Robert was born on November 6, 1942 in Ducktown,TN to the late Jake Dale and Nola Mae Adcock Dale. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Army. Robert worked as a heavy machine operator for the Tennessee Road Department. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Sue Rigsby.

Robert is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Angela and Jeff Bailey of Cleveland, TN, and Robin and Buddy West of Knoxville, TN; sisters, Jeanette Wood of Mineral Bluff, Annette Taylor of Violet, NC, and Margaret Johnson of Murphy, NC; grandchildren, Andrew (Magen) Kilpatrick, Adam (Dedra) West, Isaac Bailey, and Logan West; and great-grandchild, Harrison West.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, April 6, 2023 from noon until 2:00 pm. Later, a private family service will be held officiated by Rev. Bill Maughan, and Mr. Dale will be laid to rest in the Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the North Georgia Honor Guard. Serving as pallbearers will be Andrew Kilpatrick, Isaac Bailey, Adam West, Logan West, and Buddy West.
