Mr. Raymond Howard Wilson, age 83, of Mineral Bluff, GA passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026.

Born in Ohio, he lived half of his life in Denver, Colorado and the other half in Georgia. He had many friends across the United States-and, as he might jokingly admit, perhaps collected an enemy or two along the way.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Dockery Wilson; and parents, Howard Wilson and Maxine Wycoff Wilson.

Ray is survived by his son, Travis Wilson and wife, Samantha Wilson of Mineral Bluff, GA; Son, Troy Wilson and wife, Viola Wilson of Denver, CO; grandson, Travis Wilson Jr. of Jacksonville, FL; grandaughter, Tiffany Gonzales of St. Augustine, FL; great-grandaughter, Destiny Watkins of Bradenton, FL; and many other extended relatives and dear friends.

It was Ray's request to be cremated and dusted over the beautiful North Georgia Mountains that he called home.
