Mr. Rasem Musa Malley, CMSGT USAF retired, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014 in Florence, SC after an illness.Mr. Malley was the husband of Diane Eller Malley for 35 years. He was the loving father of Mike, Kathie and Teresa, grandfather of 3 and great-grandfather of 3. He proudly served in the US Air Force for 30 years, retiring as Chief Master Sergeant. He was proud to call himself a Vietnam Vet, and was awarded the Bronze Star for Valor. He was dearly loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday prior to the service from 12:00 noon until the Funeral Hour. Interment will follow on Friday, August 22, at 9:00 a.m. in Georgia National Cemetery with Full Military Honors provided by the United States Air Force.
