Mr. Randy Lee Ware, age 50, of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025, in Gainesville, Georgia.

Randy was born on December 20, 1974, in Ellijay, Georgia, to Tommy Randall Ware and Betty Jean Brooks Ware. He was of the Baptist faith.

Randy had a passion for cars-especially classic vehicles, fast cars, and dirt track racing. He was always tinkering with something, often found under the hood of a car or working on his latest project. His love for the outdoors showed in the time he spent riding his four-wheeler.

Randy was a dedicated employee at Lowe's in Ellijay, Georgia, where he worked as a Merchandise Sales Associate since the store's opening.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ila Mae Ware, and his uncles, Cleaston Ware, Carl Ware and Bobby Brooks.

He is survived by his loving parents, Tommy and Betty Ware of Mineral Bluff, Georgia; sisters, Christy Setser (Joe) of Blue Ridge, Georgia, and Kim Payne (Aaron) of McCaysville, Georgia; grandmother, Myrtle Brooks; and nieces and nephews, Jasmine Setser, Logan Setser, Alexis Payne, Gavin Payne, Sierra Payne, Thomas Payne, and Karson Payne; and several aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. from the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Robert Flowers officiating. Interment followed at Chastain Memorial Park in Blue Ridge, Georgia. The following served as pallbearers: Joe Setser, Aaron Payne, Gavin Payne, Billy Brooks, Max Brooks, and Jesse Rutledge. The family visited with friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening, July 10, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
