Randall Alvin Trantham, age 67, of Murphy, NC passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. Randall was born on January 21, 1956 in Copperhill, TN to Alvin Lincoln Trantham and Stella Harris Trantham. He worked as a crane operator for TVA. Randall was an outdoorsman enjoying hunting of all kinds, and also, spending time with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Alvin Lincoln Trantham.

Randall is survived by his mother, Stella Ann Trantham; brother, Ray Jeffery Trantham; niece, Ashley Trantham Brown; great-nephew, Denver Brown; great-niece, Raelyn Brown; wife, Geraldine Trantham; step-sons, James Chapman and Joseph Chapman; step-daughter, Melissa Chapman-Myers; and six grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 5:00 PM from the New Hope Holiness Church Cemetery with Rev. Justin Payne officiating. Music will be provided by Ruby Payne and Dale Payne. Serving as pallbearers will be Faron Turner, Troy Dillard, Brian Collins, Tim Trantham, David Trantham, and Chris Trantham.
