Randall Jay Dugger, age 52, of McCaysville, passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020 at his home. He was born on March 17, 1968, in Macon, GA, to Francis Eugene Dugger, Sr. and Reva Imogene Davidson Dugger. He worked as a Mechanic and Heavy Machinery Operator. He is preceded in death by his father, Francis Eugene Dugger, Sr and his brother, Francis Eugene Dugger, Jr. He is survived by his daughter, Lynn Elise Dugger; mother, Imogene Dugger; and siblings, Donna O'Neal, Amy Dugger Couch, Cindy Dugger, and Charles Harrison Moulder, Jr. No services are planned at this time.
