Mr. Philip Gilbert Smith, age 65 of Isabella, TN passed away on February 8, 2010. Mr. Smith was born in Atlanta, GA on March 29, 1944. Mr. Smith served in the United States Marine Corps and was preceded in death by his father William R. Smith Jr.Survivors include his son Joshua Smith of San Francisco, CA; mother, Migmon Smith of Ellijay, GA; brother, Toby Smith of Ellijay, GA; sister Laurie Cayer of Garden Valley, CA.
