Mr. Paul Edward Lewis, age 43, of Mobile Road, Epworth, GA who passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2009 in the Fannin Regional Hospital in Blue Ridge, GA. Mr. Lewis was born in East Point, GA on April 24, 1966. He worked as a mechanic and was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his parents, William J. Lewis and Barbara Galloway Lewis of Epworth; a sister, Sherry A. Gilley of West Point, Virginia; and his grandfather, Charles Edward Galloway of Epworth. Funeral services were conducted Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Claude Mathis officiating. Pallbearers were Doug Ausburn, Roy Cribbs, Tim Cribbs, Jerry Lewis, Dakota Harris, and Jim Gray. Honorary pallbearers were James Galloway and Jimmy Galloway. Interment followed in Zion Hill Cemetery.
