Patrick Alexander Dunn, age 33, of Athens, TN passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 in Riceville, TN. Patrick was born on February 15, 1991 in Cleveland, TN to Bobby Joe Dunn and Linda Davis Dunn. He was a member of Archville Baptist Church in Reliance, TN. Patrick worked in construction as a roofer.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Alene Johnson; grandfather, Junior Johnson; grandfather, CJ Davis; grandmother, Mattie Dunn; grandfather, Lloyd Dunn; aunt and uncle, Reegene and Goldman Taylor; aunt and uncle, Martha and Harvey Wooten; uncle, Sonny Payne; uncle, Jack Dunn; uncle, Rex Wilcox; and aunt, Rhonda Dunn.

Patrick is survived by his mother, Linda (Bill Taylor) Dunn; father, Bobby Joe (Patricia) Dunn; daughter, Brihley Dunn; son, Camden Dunn; stepdaughter, Anaka Moore; stepson, Eli Harden; ex-wife and best friend, Shelby Moore; brothers, Colt McNeeley, John Dunn, and Josh (Patty) Dunn; aunts and uncles, Jean and Steve Payne, Shelia and Alfred Clay, Renee Johnson, Paul and Susan Johnson, Jeffrey Clark, Tammy Davis, Rosey Payne, Kathy Wilcox, Glenda Farner, Tommy Dunn, Lillie Dunn, Wade and April Dunn, Mary and Lee Jones, and James and Wanda Dunn; nieces and nephews, Ashley (Nathaniel Plemons) Nicholson, Johnny Martin, Starlina Dunn, Gabe Gibson, and Gabby Parks; great nieces and nephews, Brianna Nicholson, Harlan Nicholson, and Carter Plemons; special friend, Mikey Wilcox; and many cousins and friends.

Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the Community Baptist Church with Rev. Mitchell Allen and Rev. Jonathan Smith officiating. Music was provided by Becky Allen, Randall Payne, Grace Payne, and Rosy Payne. Interment followed in the Farner Presbyterian Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jerad Wilcox, Brandon Dunn, Mikey Wilcox, Jordan Johnson, Stanley Ray Dunn, John Burmor, Christopher Dunn, and Jeremiah Johnson. Honorary pallbearers were Steve Payne, Scott Payne, John Dunn, Nathaniel Plemons, Edward Payne, and Nichole Dunn. The family visited with friends at Community Baptist Church on Sunday, September 29, 2024 after 3:00 PM and Monday, September 30, 2024 after 3:00 PM. The family request in lieu of flowers, that memorial contributions be made to help defray the final expenses.
