The Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge announces the death of Patricia Chastain Warren, age 66 of Milledgeville, GA who passed away on August 11, 2012. She was born on July 12, 1946 in Blue Ridge, GA to the late Glen and Bertha Miller Chastain. She is survived by sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Merman Crulee of Temple, GA; a special niece, Julia Meanor; a special nephew, Mac Crulee; many aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Brother Charles Brick officiating. Interment will follow in Youngs Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
