Patricia B. Joiner, age 84, of Mineral Bluff, GA passed away on November 29, 2023 in Gainesville, GA. She was born on January 24, 1939 in Pomeroy, OH to the late Homer Edward Bogard and Mary Marie Funk Bogard. Patricia was of the Baptist faith and a member of Southside Baptist Church in Warner Robins, GA. She thoroughly enjoyed canning, reading, doing word puzzles, traveling, growing flowers, and spending her free time in nature.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her two husbands, Edward Charles Moeller and Charles Raymond Joiner; and sister, Shirley Gardcelewski.

She is survived by her sons, Patrick Daniel Moeller of Mineral Bluff, GA and Anthony Christopher Moeller (Karen) of Mineral Bluff, GA; grandchild, Christina Marie Moeller Freeman (Spencer) of Dalton, GA; and sister, Sandy Bogard.

Graveside services will be conducted on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 2:00 PM from the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie Crisp officiating. Music will be provided by Christina Freeman.
