Pamela Lynn Chastain, age 51, of Morganton, Georgia passed away on Monday, December 16, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her beloved family. She was born on August 18, 1973 in Union County, Georgia. She was employed by Wildflowers Health Food Store for over 30 years. In these 30 years, she loved helping, and spreading Gods word to everyone who walked through the door. If you got the chance to meet Pamela, you were blessed. She was loving, kind hearted, humble, giving, selfless, creative, and the light of the room. Anyone who met her knew within minutes that God and her family were everything to her. If you were to ask her what her greatest accomplishments were, she would say being saved and her family. She was a servant of God and would have been blessed to know someone could be led to God because of her. She loved art and creating with an abundant passion. She received many awards and scholarships from her artwork early in life. Pamela continued to create throughout her entire life and inspire her daughters to do the same.

She is preceded in death by her Grandfather, Walter Flowers; and Grandmother, Roena Flowers.

She is survived by her beloved husband, David Chastain of the home; her mother, Jackie (Ricky) Boring; her daughters, Erica (Matthew) Kaylor and Kristina (Caleb) Patterson; her grandchildren, Korey Kaylor, Alayna Kaylor, William Kaylor, and Toccoa Patterson; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and other relatives.

A memorial service to honor the life of Mrs. Chastain was held on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. from the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Junior Maney officiating. Special music was provided by Regina Mathis and Tammy Kaylor. The family visited with friends at the funeral home on Friday, December 20, from 4:00 p.m. until the service hour of 6:00 p.m.
