Mrs. Ollie Mae Ritchie, age 90, of Epworth passed away Sunday, August 28, 2022 at the Blue Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care. Mrs. Ritchie was born in Fannin County on July 28, 1932 to the late Harrison and Minerva Jones Davenport. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Ritchie. She is survived by her son, Bennie Ritchie of Epworth, GA and her daughter, Sheila (David) Patterson of Asheville, NC. She also leaves behind two grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 11:00 AM from the Milsaps Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Scott Graves officiating. Pallbearers will be Bennie Ritchie, Eric Welch, Larry Goss, Kevin Franklin, Jeff Johnson, and Tommy Payne. Roger Ritchie will serve as an honorary pallbearer. The family would like to thank the staff of Blue Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care for the excellent care Mrs. Ritchie received while she lived there.
