Mr. Noah Brumbley, Jr., age 69, of Farner, TN passed away on May 1, 2016. He was born March 23, 1947 to the late Noah and Annie Bessie Brumbley in Thomasville, GA. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was a very talented master carpenter by trade. He had also worked for such companies as C.W. Matthews, Southern Concrete and Burnseed, building roads and bridges all over the state of GA. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and his greatest joy was his family. Noah also loved all animals, especially his beloved pets. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Marvin and Eldon Brumbley; daughter, Teresa Brumbley; and grandson, Patrick Griffin. Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years, Patricia Brumbley of the home; children and their spouses, Doresa Griffin of Farner, TN, Noah Brumbley III (Nikki) of Pelham, GA, Melissa Gonzalez (Jessie) of Beaufort, SC, Paul Brumbley (Kristina) of Cleveland, TN, and Nicholas Brumbley of NC; brother and sister-in-law, Jarrell (Joyce) Brumbley of Auburn, GA; sister, Patricia Dinkins of Albany, GA; grandchildren, Nichole Gonzalez, Raymond Griffin, Joseph Brumbley, Jessica Gonzalez, Alex Gonzalez, Elizabeth Brumbley, Khloe Brumbley and Hunter Ray Noah Brumbley; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday May 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Lamar O'Neal officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to help with final expenses.
