Ms. Naomi Faye Stiles, age 69, of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away peacefully in the loving embrace of her family on the morning of August 22, 2016. Those preceding her in death were her parents, John Wilson Stiles, Aubie Lee Baker and step-father, Robert Baker; daughter, Tami Faye Walker; sisters, Joan White and Linda Godfrey; brothers, Sevier Stiles and Tim Stiles; sister-in-law, Grace Stiles; brother-in-law, Edward Johnson.Surviving family members include her children, daughter, Tonya and husband Douglas Nuelle and son, Scot Walker; grandchildren, Dylan, Amber, Kourtney, Johnny, Nico, Tom and Rebecca; great grandchildren, Hunter, Caroline and William; siblings, Howard Stiles, Delores and Tommy Smith, Wayne and Sharon Stiles, Gloria Johnson, Mike and Karen Stiles, Richard and Debbie Stiles and Judy and Bill Epperson; brothers-in-law, Bill White and Mike Godfrey; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews and cherished family members. Naomi Stiles' life was defined through a constant theme of inexhaustible love for family. Being one of twelve children that were raised in having a reverence for God and an emphasis that always places a sacred honor on family, Naomi has left a legacy to all of those that were fortunate enough to know her presence and her love. Naomi's life is an inspiration to so many that have witnessed her humor - even in the midst of trauma, her tender and graceful presence, as well as her insatiable hunger to always better understand God in striving to live fearlessly with a faithful and loving embrace that there is purpose in all things; including those that are ever so difficult. Naomi faced so much trauma in her life - losing a dear child, losing a mother that truly exemplified the divine, losing multiple treasured siblings and her parents (and beyond), battling cancer on multiple fronts . . . . She faced so much difficulty in her life and yet, time and time again, she stood tall and ever so strong in meeting any challenge directly so as to remove the burden from others; especially in the protection and love that she always mandated for her children. For those that loved Naomi, she is our life long best friend and will be so deeply missed. However, her work in offering solace and healing for those that suffer with cancer and loss (in any way) continues through the non-profit organization that she founded - Life's Embrace.
