Montine Allen Hagan, age 84, of Ducktown, Tenn., died Friday, February 8, 2013, at Fannin Regional Hospital in Blue Ridge, Ga. Mrs. Hagan was retired from the Polk County Department of Education and was a member of First Baptist Church of McCaysville/Copperhill. .She is survived by her good friends, David and Darlene Bigham and many other relatives and friends.The body has been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
