Minnie Sue Polk, age 76, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at her home. She was born in Logansport, LA on July 27, 1940 to the late Marion and Elender Boyd Creech. She was of the Methodist faith and worked as a nursing aid for many years. Along with her parents, she is also preceded in death by a grandchild, Noelle Rene Polk. She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Walter W. Polk; children, Susan Kaye Williams, Wayne Rush, Pamela Beggerly, Walter W. "Wally" (Kelli) Polk II, Monica Polk, and Angela Crump; her beloved grandchildren, Kaitlinn Crump, Nicholas Polk, Madison Polk, Cameron Polk, BreAnna Budnik, and Savanna Budnik; and a nephew, Lynn Creech. A memorial service is planned at a later date.
