Mildred Irene Loudermilk, age 90, of Turtletown, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at Copper Basin Health and Rehabilitation. She was born on February 23, 1934, in Turtletown, to the late Elmer Loudermilk and Florence Worley Loudermilk. Mildred was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Junior Loudermilk, Opal Jones, Doc Loudermilk, Jess Loudermilk, Bill Loudermilk, and Jerry Loudermilk.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Monday, September 30, 2024 at 3:30PM from the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery with Daniel Allison speaking. The family visited with friends at Akins-Cobb of Copperhill on Monday, from 2:00PM until 3:00PM.
