Mildred Olvey Gaddis, age 76 of Ducktown, TN passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020 in the Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, GA. She was born on April 12, 1944 in Copperhill, TN to the late Fred Olvey and Nellie Hicks Olvey. Mildred was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by son, Randy Olvey and daughter, Tammy Louise Hunter. Survivors are sisters, Geneva Olvey of Copperhill, TN, Grace Nelson of Ellijay, GA, Frances Mealer of Grassy Creek, Copperhill, TN and Christine Nicholson of Cleveland, TN; many nieces and nephews also survived. Graveside Services were conducted on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. from the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery on Airport Road, Copperhill, TN with Rev. G.W. Mathis officiating. Music was by Ed Vest. Pallbearers were Stacy Dills, Pat Hutcheson, Logan Hutcheson, Johnny Wayne Mealer, Cody Hicks and Robbie Nicholson.
