Melissa Diane Witt, affectionately know as "Missy", age 55, passed away on June 28, 2026 in Chattanooga, TN. Born on August 12, 1970 in Copperhill, TN to Rev. Ronald "Ronnie" and Calla Mae Bryant Miller. Missy was of the Church of God faith and enjoyed her canine and bird companions and all things nature. She also enjoyed time fishing with her family. She is preceded in death by her father, son, Devin Chase Panter; and one nephew, David Lamar Hall.

Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Witt; daughter, Tashina Panter and husband Ryan Galloway; mother, Calla Mae Miller; sister and brother-in-law, Tammy Miller Pyle and husband John; niece, Mataya Rasar; and great niece and great nephew; Magnolia Rasar and Danny Ray Rasar; and a host of other relatives and friends.
