Melanie LeAnn Woods age 38, of Blue Ridge, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2019. She was born in Conyers, GA on December 11, 1981 to Gary and Diane White Stafford. She was a loving wife and mother who loved to cook, and also loved her three dogs. She was preceded in death by her mother, Diane White Stafford. She is survived by her husband of 15 years William "Buddy" Woods of Blue Ridge, GA; two daughters Katie and Haley Woods also of Blue Ridge, GA; father, Gary Stafford; brother, Christopher Stafford (Sandie) of Monticello, GA. Funeral services will be on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 1:00 PM. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel in Blue Ridge with Rev. Terrell Hopkins officiating.
