Ms. Mary Ann Davis, age 77, of Blairsville, GA passed away on May 16, 2021 in the Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, GA. She was born in Fulton, County GA on July 22, 1943 to the late Woodrow Wilson Holland and Margaret Odessa Swan Holland. Ms. Davis was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking for others, shopping and traveling. She also appreciated beautiful flowers and growing them as well. She had worked for a number of years as a CRT Operator for McKesson in Buford, GA. Ms. Davis was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter: Gloria Ann Davis Ingram; and siblings: Raymond Holland, Sybil Dunn, Annie Kate Petty, Cindy Holman, Phillip Holland and Herschel Holland. Survivors include her daughter Gwen Ingram of Young Harris, GA and son Danny Davis of Blairsville, GA. Grandchildren from Gwen include: Matthew (Ashley) Davis, Hannah (Joseph "Joey") Fanelli and Maryellen (Cary) Coleman. Great grandchildren as follows; (Matthew) Khloee; (Hannah) Jaquez, Sophira, Nikolas, Anthony and Gabrielle; (Maryellen) Amora, Clarkston and Brookston. Danny has no children. Gloria left behind grandchildren as follows: Amanda Ingram (Andrew), Jimmy Knighten and Jedidiah Ingram with great grandchildren: Emily and Sarah. Siblings: David Holland, Joseph "Tootie" Holland, Gaines Holland and Beverly Dean. Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, May 23, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel in Blue Ridge, GA with Pastor Chris Heath officiating. Interment followed in the Upper Wilscot Baptist Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Jaquez Howard, Joseph Fanelli, Jedediah Ingram, Jimmy Knighten, Cary Coleman and Andrew Bolmon.
