Mrs. Margaret Green Bell, age 77, of Mineral Bluff, GA, passed away on January 26, 2023 in Hayesville, NC. She was born in Fannin County, GA to the late Albert and Mattie "Sis" Queen Green. Margaret was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She truly enjoyed and loved all children and especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking, quilting, crocheting dolls, gardening both flowers and vegetables and canning those vegetables from the garden. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, H.B. Bell; siblings, Wade Green, Thomas Green, Johndo Green, James Green, Lynord Green, Joyce Lee Green, Freddie Green, Jr. Green, Mildred Ellington and Evelyn Prather.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas "Bo" and Renee Bell and Kenneth "Toe" and Bonnie Bell; grandchildren, Dakota Bell, Destiny Bell, Seth Bell, Steven Bell, Desiree Wade, Trinity Bell, Chloe Bell, Mercedes Thomas, Taylor Gourley, Ashley Bell, Abigail Bell, Lilly Bell, Selena Bell and Alexis McDaniel; great grandchildren, Will Gourley, Emma Gourley, Reese Thomas, Raelyn Thomas, James McDaniel and Jacob McDaniel; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins-cobb Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Scott Baugh officiating. Interment will follow in the Welcome Hill #2 Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Albert Green, Justin Green, Brandon Green, Brian Thomas, Terry Pittman and Scott Johnson. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Dakota Wade and T.W. Green.
